I have designed this private 12-week coaching program, specifically catered to the needs of women, to help them transform into healthier versions of themselves. With the right guidance and support, these women can successfully shed unwanted pounds and ensure their family members lead healthier lives too.
The first step I take as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner is to gain a better understanding of their current condition. This involves a review of the existing symptoms, as they may indicate an imbalance or lack of nutrition that is making it challenging to maintain a healthy lifestyle. For example, if someone has no energy, it can be difficult to cook healthy meals; digestive issues can prevent absorption of vital nutrients, leaving one feeling constantly hungry; and candida overgrowth may trigger strong cravings. Thus, to gain insight into what is going on in the body, I ask clients to complete an in-depth symptoms questionnaire. The symptoms can serve as an indication that something is amiss and by analyzing this data, I can piece together an accurate representation of the body's needs. I then develop a plan to restore equilibrium across all the bodily systems prior to implementing dietary changes.

Mindset
I am here to help women struggling with weight loss address their lifestyle habits that could be impeding progress. This includes ways to reduce stress, recognize unhealthy thoughts and feelings, and find movement that you truly enjoy. It is crucial to manage stress to achieve a healthy weight. Together, we can develop practical and achievable stress management techniques that fit into your life. We will also look into why your willpower might be failing you and learn to address underlying issues that may be causing cravings. My goal is to equip you with the right tools to handle any situation that arises and to support you each step of the way.
